Hi, I'm Marcia!
Marcia Donaldson, the visionary Founder of Hidden Gems TC Services in 2023, holds the dual role of Managing Director and Chief Transaction Coordinator. Before establishing Hidden Gems TC Services, she founded Hidden Gems Management, a successful Airbnb™ co-hosting management company. In addition to her entrepreneurial spirit, Marcia also founded Hidden Gems Ventures, where her dedication as a trusted partner in real estate offers a diverse range of tailored solutions. These solutions cater to both investors seeking double-digit returns and real estate buyers in need of funding.
Marcia brings a wealth of experience to Hidden Gems TC Services, having previously served as the Senior Executive Assistant at Durable Capital Partners from 2021 to 2023, providing essential support to two highly active Partners. Before her tenure at Durable, she held the significant role of Chief of Staff for an Entrepreneur, overseeing house staff, managing complex calendars, and facilitating board meetings. Her extensive background also includes a pivotal role as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Zulily™ from 2011 to 2018, where she played an integral part in ensuring the organization’s success. In the April 2013 article titled ‘The Way I Work’ on INC.com magazine, CEO Darrell Cavens personally highlights Marcia as an invaluable asset in his life as a CEO.
